My Philosophy

Every file is a series of puzzles:

  • Digesting and understanding the unique circumstances of each case, in the context of a changing environment
  • Researching suitable statistics regarding the industry/occupation, economy and other pertinent factors
  • Evaluating the interaction of the unique facts and the environmental context
  • Finding and applying a reasonable methodology to project what could have occurred compared to what has/will occur
  • Considering alternative approaches and factors
  • Preparing written communication of the logical findings in a clear and understandable fashion for all types of readers
  • Providing verbal explanation to clients to highlight strengths and potential challenges
  • Understanding the expert's role: independent, objective evaluator and teacher
